Silk Hot Water Bottle – Apus Gold – Large
Silk Hot Water Bottle – Apus Gold – Large
Filled with hot water, the Apus Gold Silk Hot Water Bottle brings gentle, comforting warmth wherever you need it. Slip it beneath the duvet to warm the bed before sleep, rest it against sore, aching muscles or keep it close on the sofa on cold winter evenings.
Crafted from 100% pure mulberry silk and softly padded with natural wool, it feels beautifully smooth against the body. The natural wool padding helps to hold the warmth while creating a soft, comfortable layer between you and the hot water bottle.
Inspired by the golden peacock motifs found in the wall paintings at Faaborg Museum by Danish artist Johannes Larsen, Apus Gold brings together art, memory and craftsmanship. The museum and the surrounding landscape of Funen hold a particular connection for me, having grown up nearby.
Rich in colour and detail, Apus Gold brings something unexpected to the bedside, combining the comfort of warmth with a print made to be seen.
Handmade in small quantities. Designed in Copenhagen and made to be used night after night.
